Shifeng double-star tire co., ltd was established on Apr 16Th, 2003, which is a joint venture constructed by Shifeng group and Double-star corporation. It located in Gaotang county, Liaocheng city, Shandong province. The total investment is about 1billion rmb. At present there are 3500 workers.
We owns strong technical force with 85 technicians £¬ a rubber research institute which has rich and comprehensive R & D ability and cooperations with some scientific research institutes in Beijing for long time. There is an advanced CAD office in the co***ny and the most advanced Check-Out Test Set makes the test laboratory a top-ranking material and product lab. In one word we have the first-rate R&D ability of all kinds of bias tires. By the end of 2005, the second factory has been in operation. And the co***ny ¡®s output have reached to 70 thousand sets of OTR tires, 6 million sets of truck and light truck tires, 300 thousand sets of agricultural tires every year .
We have gained the ISO9001 certification and attained the "China Compulsory Certification" -- 3C Authentication, DOT Authentication. We have also passed the test of the national rubber tire quality inspection centre and each index attains the highest level of the tire industry. Our main brands are AX, STL and PUL. The products have been exported to USA, Singapore, Portugal, ***in, Ireland, South Africa, India, Brazil , Iran, Pakistan, Myanmar, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Sudan, Yemen, U.A.E. and some other countries all over the world.
